The confession

I never thought that I could ever do
What feared the most when it comes to you,
I've pushed you, smashed your heart to pieces,
And had the courage to ask for forgiveness.

The only thing I deserve the most
To live in the darkness like once before
And hope that you live a happy life
Without me. I didn't treat you right.

It's all my fault. I let it break
What we created, the mistake I made
I'll regret this till the end of my life,
Because I love you, you're the light in my heart.
