Alasdair Roberts from Appendix Out, Jason Molina from Songs: Ohia (now Magnolia Electric Co.) and Will Oldham (Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, Palace etc..). They do two songs each. The vinyl has an extra song sung by all three members (the album has two sung by each) called "I Will Be Good," and a nice etching in the vinyl.

Palace is one of the many names used at one point or another by Will Oldham. Palace came after he named himself Palace Brothers for the first LP, before Palace Music, and a few years before the world knew him as Bonnie "Prince" Billy. According to Oldham, records released under the "Palace" moniker were usually recorded in the winter time, and feature some of his darkest, most challenging songs.

Superwolf is the name of a 2005 album released by Will Oldham under the moniker Bonnie 'Prince' Billy in collaboration with Matt Sweeney. Sweeney's involvement is said to have arisen from a songwriting 'challenge' from Oldham.
