žiūrėdamas pro virtuvės langą
atsiminiau praeitus metus.
tada laukiau kada ištirps sniegas. tai sutapo su daug nelaimių ir nemalonumų. o sniegas, gyvatė, netirpo. ta užsitesusi žiema mane prispaudžia. slegia. laukiau tada, laukiau, ir jis ištirpo. net miškuose neliko.
bet mažas šiknius sniego gabaliukas laikėsi. prie gatvės, ant paberto smėlio. aplink jį žemė buvo drėgna nuo daugybės vandens, šylanti nuo saulės spindulių, o jis laikėsi. šlavėjai-kasėjai į tą vietą kasdavo sniegą nuo šaligatvių, o tirpstant sniegui ten susidarė toks tvirtokas ledo apdangalas.
dvi savaites laukiau, kol jis išnyks, bet jis mažėjo turbo lėtu greičiu.
neištvėriau.
sesutė ėjo žaist į kiemą.
pasikviečiau.
"eik ir išspardyk", tariau.
aha, tarstelėjo ji.
gavo saldainį.

žiūrėjau pro langą. o mano devynerių metų amžiaus sesutė, žudikiškai maniakiškai pasitenkinančiai spardė tą varganą, prakeiktą sniego gabalą. čiulpdama skanų arbūzinį saldainį.
išspardė ir dar pamindžiojo.
kaip buvo liepta.
šypsojosi.
po 4 valandų sniego likučių nebeliko. žiema baigėsi. atėjo pavasaris.
