    from the smallest hours of the morning when it burst into flames
    for the viewing pleasure of a few homeless men who warmed
    their mittens in its colorful, petroleum-fed fire.

2. a duffel bag full of kittens

3. tahini, that dripped on the pavement and became indistinguishable
    from bird shit.

4. a small white tattoo
    painted cleanly on the haunch of the blackened, now-cooled, Suzuki.
