Dancing slowly in a storm of fears,
Death graces Misery with a smile of tears.
As the wind picks up, they embrace one another,
Hugging tightly like true lovers.
They waltz through the rain and the lightning,
They tango through thunder and clouds.
They step over bodies of dreamers
And laugh at each other's stumbling steps.
They're heading towards pain and disaster,
Yet they're happy as happy can be.
They continue to dance like true masters,
As they whirl through fate's nasty surprises.
