Stupidity

Whenever I run –
you give me a box of candies.
It’s illogical, babe.

Don’t you think we should be a team?
Stop spoiling my tongue.

I could watch you all day
without eating nothing
and still, feel full of energy.

They call it the first stage of being
“in love”.
I call it stupidity.

But I just adjust my binoculars
and sit in my balcony
watching you move.
