The Nature of Daylight

We happen to meet in these disquieted times

Often we wake up an there is yet another city outside
Sometimes it's a place of relative safety
Sometimes these are places of extreme danger

Sometimes we bring war within us

Often we don't even unpack

Shower drops are sliding down our skin


I write to you and it's somehow crimson
I write I hope and I forgot my memory
I write you are and it's all there is
I write to see you and you can read it as love

I believe that something amazing
could happen to us
any of these days
