Trample 'mongst the snows at night!
Oh, shall they see, oh, shall they see?
In this murky, yet revealing light
What horrors await, unveiling thee
And such holes in the ground are burnt
By the heavens' wrath of crimson fire
What value, what lessons there to learn?
None but futility of spirit, ever so dire
Another whistling snake above one's head
Another fiery blow our earth must swallow
Another man is forced into eternal bed
Another day in white blood darkness wallows
Come dawn, we beckon thy embrace!
And beg heartily for your appearing
Come, and take your ever-holy place
Heavy is the dark and all too wearing
